Money Ghosts aren’t really about money: they’re about being.
When you listen to them and take their orders, they gag your True Self, binding its hands and tying its ankles.
That’s “under-being.”
The good news is, the flex cuffs are imaginary and your True Self doesn’t really have a body that can be restrained. So, it’s up to you to stand up to the ghosts in your head.
Of course, you need to first know they’re there, and recognize their mediocre performance when trying to scare you into under-being.
Well, that’s simple: every time you feel fear, your Ghosts are working.
The fear you feel is generalized or pointed, big or small.
You fear uncertainty, the passage of time, money, spending, failure, success, mistakes.
You fear being seen––and ignored. Applauded––and booed.
You fear forgiving people (including yourself) who “wronged” you.
You fear being misunderstood. Not being “productive,” not having (or being) enough.
Not having what others have. You fear missing out.
You fear living fully.
But since you made up your Ghosts, you’re free to ignore them. They’re not going to leave you, though, so you might as well get used to hearing them dragging their chains around your brain.
Every time you feel fear, ask yourself, “Who is the real me without this fear?” No need to dwell on where the fear comes from or why it’s there. Just
That’s how you untie your True Self and let it soar. How you step into your life being your whole you.
And when you do, you’ll be ready to stop underearning because you’ll no longer under-be.
What do you see inside when you remove the fear?
Love,
Carolina
